Return & Refund Policy

RETURN 


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We allow you to return any item in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee, but shipping charges. For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless we made a shipping error. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally. 

Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition(including the box) that you received it, unworn, unused, and the bike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the Product arrived damaged, please send any pictures or videos to support@znhebike.com immediately(Any delay Damaged Products Report over 3 days after delivery may increase the rejection rate from carriers).

To start a return, you can contact us at support@znhebike.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. ZNH is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. The damage is caused by human
2. Special order
3. Sale items or gift cards

 

Refund Policy

Once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return (If there are missing or damaged parts in the returned goods, we will reject your return.).

If the return is approved, then the refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund in time, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at support@znhebike.com.
