Shipping Policy

ZNH wants to help you to perform more efficiently once receiving ZNH products. Therefore, before shipping out we'll check every detail of the product for you, make sure that the related accessories are included.


Delivery Range

Currently, ZNH only provides shipping to the lower 48 states in the US  (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

Shipping Time

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. And then, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

The carrier is FedEx/UPS、USPS. Please allow 3~8 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. 


Shipping Carriers

 ZNH ships using FedEx, UPS, and USPS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.

Shipping Changes

NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

$20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.

$150 WILL BE CHARGED if Customers refuse to accept the package or undelivered

$150 WILL BE CHARGED if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.


Signatures Required.

Shipments containing ebikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended, although starting with the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.


No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage. 

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.


1. Please confirm that your order has the correct delivery address before payment, because this is the address we will ship to.
2. In case of force majeure, order processing will be delayed. Nevertheless, you can ensure that your order will be processed quickly if the weather permits.
3. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the product is not damaged. If the item is damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately via within 3 working days after receiving the shipment.
